Goswick Golf LInks continues to earn high praise from the editors at Golf World. In their latest rankings, the course retained its solid footing among the Top 100 links courses in Great Britain and Ireland and among the Top 100 courses of all types in England.
"Goswick Links is one of the best -- and more challenging -- golf courses in the north of England," wrote the magazine's editors. "The list of big-name courses that elicit less pleasure than Goswick links is not a short one. This James Braid design is in the ‘Next 100’ of our GB&I ranking but would surely not be of place were it to join the illustrious names in the main list and sits well inside the century of the finest GB&I Links."
As the club continues to pursue its program of continuous improvement, both large and small, look for Goswick to not simply hold steady in these rankings but to climb higher. The best is yet to come!
