Families are welcome at Goswick Golf Links all year-round. But throughout the month of August, we’d like to roll out the green carpet.
You can:
Start your visit on our full-size driving range with grass tees. It’s a safe low-key environment where you can introduce your children to the game if they’ve never given it a go. If you’d like them to get some expert guidance, you can book time with one of our two accredited PGA coaches who can help with the basics of holding and swinging a golf club. Conversely, if they’re a bit more advanced, you could take advantage of our new on-range Trackman launch monitor studio and get a deep data-driven dive into your swing as well as that of your kids.
Take a break in our welcoming clubhouse lounge where you can select from our full menu of food and beverage options.
Proceed to the course for 9 holes of the game as it was meant to be played, on true links land amid ancient sand dunes. We offer five different sets of tees on each hole suited to a wide range of abilities. Or, if your kids are just getting started, they can play each hole from 150 yards out and simply pick up when they’ve had their fill.
Spend the rest of your day on the beach, especially if your kids aren’t quite ready for the course. A vast expanse of the Northumberland coast is accessible via a walking path across the links.
