Goswick Golf Links received a Bronze Flag Designation at the 59club UK’s recent Annual Awards Ceremony, confirming that the club is making progress on its commitment to raise the quality its authentic links experience for members and visitors alike.
This is the first time that Goswick has earned this accolade. Qualification for 59club’s Sales & Service Excellence Awards is unbiased. Scores are achieved through a detailed and objective mystery shopping program which measures the experience afforded to members, visitors and prospective members spanning the club’s entire operation.
The 59club’s benchmark Gold, Silver and Bronze FlagDesignations recognise member clubs and resorts that provide excellent facilities for golfers to enjoy as well as achieving the required standard of customer service throughout the year.
“We have been on a mission of late to raise the quality of our customers’ journey — from their initial interaction on our website, to the greeting at the club, to the play on our links and to the welcome of our catering team in the clubhouse,” said Goswick General Manager Keith Martin. “It is very gratifying to receive this third-party confirmation that we are the right track.
