Goswick Golf Club is proposing to further improve their greenkeeping facilities by creating a secure compound for the storage of equipment used in the ongoing maintenance of the golf course facilities.
The works will involve the construction of a bund wall, secure fencing and access gates, together with associated drainage, holding tank, pump, wash bay area, soil bays, services and concrete surfacing.
The project is therefore offered to interested parties who have the relevant experience to undertake this project on a fixed price basis.
The procurement process for this project will be run on a single stage selective tender basis, whereby a tender information pack will be forwarded to selected contractors. This will consist of all detailed plans and full tender information to enable the relevant contractor to evaluate their tender price.
Sealed Tenders will be requested by the provisional dates outlined below, with the requirement to supply only a total cost figure. Under tender rules, two tender submissions will be selected for full evaluation, where a full breakdown of costs will be requested and assessed by the client’s appointed agent. The tenders selected will be at the discretion of the client, whilst the lowest tender may not automatically be selected.
