We’re big fans of all 18 of our holes at Goswick. But that doesn’t mean we weren’t thoroughly chuffed to learn that Today’s Golfer is especially enamoured with the 17th, including it on its new list of the 50 best par 5s in Britain and Ireland.

In keeping with the COVID-19 related lockdown in England, Goswick Golf Club will be closed as of Thursday, 5th November and will remain so until further notice.

Building on the momentum of its joint promotion with Muirfield, Goswick Golf Links is now excited to announce a very special offer in collaboration with Gullane Golf Club — where the game has been played on stunning links land for more than 350 years.

No doubt, 2020 will go down as one of the most challenging years in recent memory. But Goswick Golf Links is, among other things, resilient.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to strong demand, this promotion is no longer available. Autumn might be in full swing, with temperatures dropping, days shortening and nights lengthening. But that’s no reason to put your game into hibernation.

Now that the government has begun to gradually pull back on the lockdown restrictions, including allowing us to reopen our clubhouse, there’s never been a better time to gather your society mates and enjoy a day of true links golf at Goswick.

In a major step along the path back to the full Goswick experience as we once knew it, food and drink is once again on offer in our clubhouse.

Golf is now once again being played across the UK. And that is a very good thing.

So it looks like, starting Wednesday, golf courses in England will be allowed to reopen — at least to solo golfers and those who share the same household. Could this be the last post in this series? Let’s hope!
